What ingredients are required to make Matar Paneer
- Matar – 300 gm
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Pyaaj – 3 peice
- Tomato – 2 peice
- Green chilli – 3 peice
- Ginger Garlic
- Laung, ilichi ,
- dal chini
- Termaric powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Oil Salt – as per test
How to make matar Paneer
So Let’s us make restrunt stye Matar Paneer , To make matar paneer, here we have taken 200gram of Peas. here we have taken 300 gram of Peas. we washed and and cleaned the Peas well so
1. steps
So first of all we will boil the paneer so that it’s bacteria gets removed, then here we have kept hot water, to heat it, we will put the paneer in it and boil it well so see here our paneer is boiled. It is done, now we will take it out, now we will take one big spoon of mustard oil in the pan, as soon as the oil gets heated, we will add the paneer and fry it from both the sides……….. done ,
2. Steps
Now we will take it out, now we will add some raw spices in this oil, so see here, we have taken half a spoon of cumin, we have taken four small cardamoms, we have taken fourcloves, we have taken two pieces of cinnamon, we will put this in this , we will take two we will add big sized chopped onions and we will mix it, now we will add two – three pieces of ginger in it, after that we will add 10- 15 cloves of garlic, add three green chillies and mix everything well
3. Steps
Now we will add two – three pieces of ginger in it we will add chopped tomatos, we will mix it well we have to fry it till it becomes soft, we do not have to fry it too much
so see, it has become soft well, now we will take it out, we have taken the blending jar to make the paste, now we will put it in it and we will make a fine paste of it.
4. steps
so see here our paste is ready. we will keep it aside,now we will put two tablespoons in the pan. we take musterd oil, the oil will get heated, after that we will add half a spoon of cumin seeds in it. Now we will add a big sized chopped onion in it .
we will fry it till it become light golden. so see here the onion becomes golden. It is Done, now we will add some spices in it, so here one Spoon turmeric powder, one spoon black pepper powder, one spoon cumin powder, two spoons coriander powder, one spoon red chilli powder, we have taken these , we will put them in it . after that we will add water little and fry it , now we will add salt as per thetaste after that we will mix it,

5. steps
after this we will fry the spices for two – three minutes………………, so see the spices are roasted well here. Now we will add peas in its,and we will mix it, we will also fry the peas for two minutes, so see here, the peas have been roasted, now we will add the paste that we had kept in it,
we will also fry this for two -three minutes. we will fry for a minute , so see here the peas are roasted well now we will add a glass of water in it, we will mix it and let it come to a boil,
6. steps
so see here the the boil has come , now we will put it in , we will add the paneer and mix it well and we will cover it and let it cook for two minutes see the matar paneer is done here. Now we will turn off the gas. we will leave the matar paneer for for two minutes, After that we will serve, so see here our restaurant style matar paneer is ready. this matar paneer is very amazing you must try it once, you can serve it to the guest, you can eat it with roti, paratha, rice.
