- Mustard oil – 2 tsp
- Onion – 2 piece
- Brown cardamon – 1 piece
- Green caramon – 2 piece
- Fress green chilli – 2 piece
- Tomato – 1 piece
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Black paper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Fress Coriander leaves
- Lemon 1/2 piece
How to make Mutton Kaleji Aslo Called kaleji Masala Mutton kaleji is very easy to make and very testy . They are made in less time .
- Step: 1 First of all to make bhuni kaleji we will take 200 grams of mutton kaleji and will wash the mutton kaleji with water.
- Step: 2 We will take a pan to make kaleji will put oil in it.
- Step: 3 Now will put two green cardamom let it crackle.
- Step: 4 Will add two chopped onoins frying first untill golden brown.
- Step: 5 Now add 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste.
- Step: 6 We will put mutton kaleji in it 2 minute roasted.
- Step: 7 Now we will add half teaspoon turmeric powder in it.
- Step: 8 Now we will add half tsp red chilli powder.
