- Chicken – 1 kg
- Fried Onion – 2 mediun sized
- Whisked yogurt 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Dried Red Chilli – 4
- Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- green cardamon – 6
- Star Anise – 2
- Cloves – 6
- Coriander seeds – 1
- Mace 1 pice
- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- cumin seed – 1 tsp
- cooking oil – 1/2 cup
- Black cardamon – 2
- Bay leaves – 2
- chopped onion 4 medium sized
Let start making Hydrabadi chicken Masala
To make this hydrabadi chicken masala follow the stepes :
- First steps is tomarinate the chicken , then it is 1 kg chicken . I will put two medium sized onion in it. I have twisted it in the grinder.
- after the onion, add on cup of well beaten curd, add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and add one teaspoon of salt in it take the juice of half a lemon sequeeze it and add some finely chopped coriander leaves. now mix everything well. Now keep the chicken to marinate in the refrigenator. for minimum half an hour. while the chicken is marinathing , let’s make a masala for the gravy.
- for making gravy , we will take four dried red chilli, half a spoon of black pepper, six green cardamons, two star flower, six cloves, a big spoon of cariander, a small piece of mace, 1 inch of cinnamon.
- we have to roast all these spices on medium flame till the arema starts coming out and till it turns golden in color now medium flame. we take it out, i am grinding it coarsely like this .if you want, you can also grind it . coarsely in the grinder then this aromatic masala is redy.
